The Exhibit Hall is a popular part of the Conference each year. Numerous breaks, breakfasts, and receptions offer the exhibitors multiple opportunities for connecting with the attendees. Availability is limited, so early action is recommended. 

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and availability is limited, so early action is recommended. The Exhibitor application, contract, and payment submissions may be completed online below.

The Early Registration Fee is $750. (Application and payment must be received before March 14, 2019 for the Early Registration price.) After March 14, 2019, the Registration Fee is $900.

  • 2 complimentary conference registrations ($498 value)
  • Booth dimensions: 10’ wide x 8’ deep
  • 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket & identification sign
  • Pre-conference and post-conference attendee mailing list

Please Note: Electricity and/or Wired Internet Connections at your booth are not included in this price. If desired, please make that request through Convention Display Services (CDS). You will be billed separately by CDS for electricity and by the Beau Rivage for wired internet.

Acceptance of this application by MWCEA constitutes a contract, including an agreement to abide by all Exhibitor Rules & Regulations. Please note: Exhibitor space does not include Prime or Key Sponsorship designation.
